I was impressed at how quickly they responded to my request for an estimate and how easy it was to schedule the repair to our gate. They also did great, quick work and the owner, Michelle, was easy to work with. I would definitely recommend them to someone. The price was not cheap, but they do good quality work.
Jonathan was wonderful to work with. He came on time, gave a fair estimate and made meaningful suggestions. He pointed out where problems may arise in the future with our driveway gate but also repaired it to reasonable working condition, not just a Mickey Mouse fix. He even returned two days later to bring extra remotes and program them and while he was there tweaked the repair on the gate. I would definitely recommend him.

Had a messed-up garage door that needed a new spring, cables, rollers and rail. Sent him pics and his response was, “no problem — I'll be there in an hour.” Better than new in an hour. Work ethic and general old-school skill-sets are so hard to come by these days. Their work has been so thoughtful, meticulous, and executed so well — it's always a thing of beauty when they are done. I went on Yelp to find a contractor for a big job that I've never done before and they answered me right away. Extremely professional and very helpful. They came right over to the site and didn't make me feel stupid for not knowing a lot about construction. I had to get three bids because it was for work and their price was extremely reasonable. Although we didn't end up going through with the project, their follow-through was persistent yet polite and they were very understanding when I explained that we had to hold off. I will absolutely be calling them when it's time to do the work.
This company responded and made welding repairs to our 35 ft fifth-wheel trailer on the spot after a leaf spring holder broke along the 5 freeway in Santa Clarita. We had trouble finding a welder willing to repair the damage that day. Jonathan called us back, asked for pictures of the damage, then came to the location and made the repairs on the spot. In just a few hours he had our fifth wheel back on the road. They also followed up later to make sure we made it safely.
Michelle and Jonathan just completed a job for us building a cover to keep raccoons and other animals away from our pond. They did a great job and are super communicative, on time and true problem solvers. I don't think there are many other contractors who try as hard to make sure the customer is pleased and that the work is something they can stand behind. During the project they always responded to texts quickly and let me know exactly what was going on.
