One call for every major gate, access, camera and network brand — installed, integrated, and repaired. We're not locked to a single manufacturer, so the system you get is the one your property actually needs.
Plenty of security companies sell whatever their supplier contract tells them to. We don't have one. The operator, intercom or camera we put on your property gets picked for the job in front of us — your gate's weight, your traffic, your budget — not a quota.
We stock the common failure parts for every major line and hold the documentation to service them. Where we carry a formal manufacturer credential, we say so on that brand's page — Veritas is an authorized Deep Sentinel installation partner.

Yes — it's most of what we do. If the company that installed your gate, intercom or camera system has vanished or stopped returning calls, we'll take it over, tell you exactly what it needs, and get it working again.
For most, no — and for repair and installation it doesn't matter. Parts and technical documentation for the major gate, access and camera lines are available to licensed contractors, and we keep the common ones on the truck. Where we do hold a formal manufacturer partnership it's noted on that brand's page; Veritas is an authorized Deep Sentinel installation partner.
Usually, yes. Operators from LiftMaster, FAAC, DoorKing, Viking, Elite and Linear have parts available for years after a model retires, and boards, capacitors, limit switches and photo eyes often cross over within a manufacturer's range. If a part is genuinely gone, we quote a clean retrofit to a current operator.
Yes. We check first that it's sized right for your gate and matched to your credentials and cameras — and if it isn't, we tell you before we start, not after.
Yes. We audit what's installed, move the administrator accounts into your name, document every credential and cable, and put you on a service schedule — so you own your system instead of depending on whoever built it.
By what the site needs: the gate's weight and cycle count, how often your user list changes, whether it has to keep working through an internet outage, and what's already on the property. No supplier agreement is pulling the decision one way.
